The Lakes at Sable Ridge is deed restricted, gated community with 79 David

Weekley homes.  The community, located in Pasco County,  built its first

home in 2000 and was completed in 2004.  Twenty Seven (27) homes back up to

East Lake, a 100 plus acre ski lake.  Everyone has access to fishing on East

Lake using the HOA's Gazebo (notice picture on website).  The Lakes of Sable

Ridge has its own HOA organization, but is also a subset of Sable Ridge HOA

which has a total of 750 homes.  

 

The Lakes of  Sable Ridge has no CDD fees, all lots have reclaimed

irrigation water for the yards, no flood insurance is required and all homes

have either a 2 or 3 car attached garage.
